Rouxel Mold relies on more than 50 years of experience and extensive know-how for the manufacturing of injection moulds with highest quality standards and long guarantee and produces high-speed and multi-cavity tools for thin-wall injection moulding technology for its customers. The company offers two-platen moulds and stack moulds with and without in-mould labelling (IML), unscrewing moulds as well as moulds for service caps with automatic hinge closing system, in single-component and bi-component injection moulding processes.
The company’s expertise includes the design of moulds for injection compression moulding and physical foam injection moulding (MuCell®) processes. All customer moulds are commissioned and validated in-house on own high-performance machines.
The moulds are designed to optimise the production of plastic injection moulded parts in large series for the food, pharmaceutical, medical, cosmetics and horticultural packaging sectors.
Many representative achievements illustrate Rouxel Mold’s expertise: High-speed moulds for thin walls with or without in-mould label (IML), stack moulds, unscrewing moulds, moulds for service caps with automatic hinge closing system, bi-material or multi-cavity moulds.
All customer moulds are commissioned and validated in-house on own high-performance machines, so that a production-ready handover takes place. Injection compression moulding and physical foam injection moulding (MuCell®) can also be applied on the pilot machines, which allows that sustainable product solutions can be offered to customers with significantly reduced material consumption and an effective reduction in the CO2 footprint.
The sites are equipped with ultrasonic cleaning, laser welding, machining tools and inspection facilities dedicated to maintenance. The team is trained to maintain and repair moulds in the workshop or on site at our customers’ premises.
