Company expert for more than 25 years in the transformation of thermoplastic and composite materials, in mono-, bi- and tri-material. Its machine park consists of 68 injection moulding machines from 40 to 700 tons for small, medium and large series. EMI is active in the production of high precision technical parts in the fields of medical, connectivity, renewable energies, automotive, electrical, construction and industry.
It offers R&D and industrialization services, in-house tooling manufacturing, integrated measurement and testing laboratory and customization possibilities: PUR sealing, magnetization, organosheet, MuCell® process, assembly, custom assemblies and sub-assemblies, pad printing, inkjet and laser marking, camera control, packaging.
For several years, EMI has been expanding into the manufacture of medical devices. With ISO 13485 certification, a grey zone and ISO 8 clean room, the company is expanding its injection, custom assembly and packaging capabilities in a controlled environment.
