Valfleuri manufactures high-quality pasta made with 7 fresh eggs per kilo and durum wheat semolina. With almost 17 000 tons produced each year, Valfleuri is the French market leader. Their pasta is made according to a traditional recipe from the 15th century. The range includes over forty different shapes. Pasta is presented in a 454g bag with a clip closure. 70% of Valfleuri’s business is in private labels.
They are cerified IFS certified since 2006 and have had a protected geographical indication (PGI) for the “Pates d ‘Alsace” since 2005.
