For more than 20 years, we have been creating lready-baked and raw frozen pastry specialities based on artisan recipes and techniques (no texturing agents, preservatives or artificial coloring), using industrial precision and ethic: we are IFS certified. We master over 300 recipes, covering most aspects of the pâtissier trade that we adapt to our client’s needs.
