about us :

NetCeler is a French software editor with 70 employees and operations in 15 countries.
Since 1999, NetCeler has developed software applications for understanding events, disturbances and
wide-area phenomena, making the best possible use of the wealth of digital data available from
substations. Data sources are fault recorders, protection relays, disturbance recorders, SOE recorders,
RTU’s, PMU’s, PQ meters. However managing unsynchronised records from heterogeneous sources in
“avalanche“ situations is challenging.
NetCeler’s IVPower retrieves and transfers field data into a single and scalable SQL database.
COMTRADE or PQDIF files and SOE logs are processed automatically to provide the “network view” of
disturbances occurring in the power system:
● Automated fault analysis (AFA)
● Automated fault location
● Lightning strike correlation
● EN50160 PQ monitoring
● Wide area monitoring
● …
Role-based access control enables secure web-based applications. Information security is a
permanent concern, tackled with appropriate tools and ISO27001 certification.
IVPower is currently in operation with around 20 TSO’s and DSO’s in Europe and America.

IVPOWER – REDUCING OUTAGE TIME
● Automated Fault Analysis (multiple sources: protection relays, fault recorders, substation
event logs)
● Fault event details with automated record synchronisation
● Accurate fault location
● Suggestions to operators during stressful situations (eg: manual reclosing)
● Notifications (email) to authorized personnel (RBAC)
Texte encadré numéro 2 (Produit / Service / Spécificité 2) [349/

VPOWER – ENHANCING PRODUCTIVITY (disturbance analysis and protection schemes)
● Reduce post mortem analysis time by automatic recreation of sequence of events
● Perform routine checks, time measurements, …
● Draw expert’s attention to abnormal conditions
● Single SQL database with sorting and filtering requests
● Generate customisable report per event

IVPOWER – SUPPORTING CONDITIONAL MAINTENANCE (primary and secondary equipment)
Asset-centered view, compared to AFA’s chronological event view:
● Postpone a maintenance job (eg +1 year if correct operation has been observed)
● Reschedule inspection earlier if abnormal behaviour has been observed
● Interface with ERP or Asset management platform
