AQUAMEO low-speed surface aerators @EMO
One full range of surface aerators designed for wastewater treatment equipped with either STAINLESS STEEL or POLYESTER aeration rotor. Two key words are AERATION and MIXING to ensure the most efficient ratio dissolved oxygen/energy consumption.
Two ranges available:
- LFL, floating low-speed aerator (self-standing structure stabilized by cables),
- LFI, fixed low-speed aerator (installation on a concrete footbridge or on a metallic frame).
Advantages:
- Particularly suitable for aggressive environments
- Robust system = low maintenance
- Rotor open blades type to get rid of fibers and rags clogging
- Efficiency of 1.7 to 2.5 kgO²/kWh depending on model and installation conditions.

AQUARAKE – inclined multirake bar screen
The AQUARAKE is an inclined continuous bar screen with fixed bar rack and multiple rakes driven by chains.
This kind of screen can be used for many applications: pumping and filtering stations (irrigation, flood control, rain sewerage network), municipal treatment plant, drinking water plants, water intakes (cooling water for hydro power plants and refineries), industrial water processes and wastewater treatment plants.
The AQUARAKE bar screen can be used as a coarse screen as well as a fine screen: bar spacing from From 50 mm down to 6 mm.
Two ranges available:
- DIXM with a reinforced HDPE guide system
- DIM with stainless steel gears and high resistance bearings.
Belt filter press OMEGA NHP – sludge dewatering @EMO
The Belt filter press OMEGA NHP has been developped by EMO for continuous dewatering of municipal and industrial sludge.
The sludge is processed in three distinct stages: flocculation, gravity drainage and pressing.

- Long term reliability thanks to an increased frame structure made of galvanized and stainless steel profiles
- Optimum space requirement/efficiency ratio
- No civil works constraint (machine equipped with adjustable feet)
- New roller configuration for optimised sludge treatment
