The QMC 123 magnetic clamping systems offer many advantages during quick mold change operations: total security, high efficiency, and optimized profitability. Bringing an added measure of efficiency to temperature control applications, RMI plates make it possible to connect all mold temperature control circuits at once in complete safety. They are also designed to prevent circuit connection errors and remove all risk of misconnection between similar plates. In order to adapt the solution to each application, there are many possible configurations, including the number of couplings fitted onto the plate with different choices of diameters.

Ergonomic connection and disconnection, the knurled locking ring makes it easy to grip the plug and one handed connections and disconnections are possible.
Red and blue rings ensure instant identification of hot and cold water circuits.
