Polytechs is a company that has been producing compounds and masterbatches for the plastics industry since 1980. It has two activities – the realization of a contract manufacturing service dedicated to petrochemical producers and large converters; and the sale of its own products, speciality masterbatches with specific properties (tackiness; viscosity modifiers for PP) through 5 brands: PW and its tackiness; SW and its range of surface modification effects; Clean Xpress – purging compounds for extrusion and injection; Flow Xpress and its range of PE & PP process aids and PP viscosity modifiers; XW: blowing agents for PVC and PE. This activity is aimed at converters serving the flexible and rigid packaging industry, as well as the cable, pipe and hose industry, etc.
Clean Xpress is designed to purge a wide range of polymers, (LD & LLDPE – HDPE EVA – PPH PPC PPR – All PVC – XLPE/PEX – Styrenics – TPEs – All polyamides – Technical & engineering polymers – Bioresins & biopolymers…).
PW 70 is a concentrate of medium molecular weight Polybutylene tackifier in Linear Low Density Polyethylene. It is used as a cling agent to make stretchwrap films from LLDPE or LDPE. It is a dry free-flowing pellet.
