POLIMIROIR, French company member of the Group PMG Steel Industries, is specialized in the design, manufacturing and refurbishment of rollers for the Plastic Industry, particularly cross-flow rollers used in various types of production lines including bioriented lines, cast, calendering, coating or laminating lines.
 
Polimiroir has developed technologies for the internal construction of rollers to ensure an optimal heat transfer to or from the material under production. For temperature evenness we also propose patented technology with thermal information recorder for each channel LCT and LCT+, and technology of individual channel cleaning.
 
Our production equipment enables us to machine rollers up to 3,20m diameter and 15m length.
 
POLIMIROIR and its subsidiaries specialized in thermal spray coatings and electrolytic platings, combine their know-how to offer the highest quality of surface treatments :
–          Large range of surface finishes : from glossy finish Ra 0,002 µm to matt finish
–          Special finish for optical and capacitor film
–          New technology of surface coating Hard Coat to replace the hard chrome plating in compliance with Reach regulation.
 
We perform quality controls with specific inspection and metrology equipment, laboratory tests and thermal camera, and we can carry out production equipment expertise at customer’s site.
