• Modification / Repair of plastic injection molds of all technologies (two-colour, two-material, unscrewed, technical, lighting, appearance parts, ….)
• Adjustment / Improvement (we are a source of proposals)
• Maintenance on customer site or in our factory
• Polishing – Optical quality mirror polishing (we work for automotive lighting)
• Laser welding on customer site or in our factory (with a mobile machine)
• Sandblasting (removal of texture issue, cleaning, etc.)
• Reception / cleaning / check-list of molds from all sources
• Even if you don’t have the mold CAD, the molds drawings or the part CAD we can manage everything
• Reception of new moulds on this platform
Unpacking (opening of wooden boxes and extraction of new moulds)
Disassembling/cleaning of new moulds
