about us :

GCK is a group of industrial companies offering technological solutions to accelerate the decarbonization of transport, in particular through the use of hydrogen.

We place technological innovation at the service of the decarbonized mobility with 8 companies in 3 interconnected divisions:
– A Technology & Industry division, which brings together our companies dedicated to developing innovative technologies for tomorrow’s mobility: lithium-ion batteries, electric motors, hydrogen combustion engines and fuel cells.
– A Mobility division, which brings together all our activities dedicated to the preparation, conversion and testing of clean vehicles. In particular, we are recognized as experts in the electrical and hydrogen retrofitting of all types of vehicles: cars, boats, coaches, buses, lorries, snow groomers, refuse collection vehicles and construction machinery.
– An Energy division dedicated to supplying green energy – we are now capable of producing, storing and distributing green energy anywhere in the world.

During the CES, GCK and and its partner Motul will showcase an immerged battery as well as a hydrogen internal combustion engine integrated into a fully restomodded 1974 Jeep Cherokee Chief. The presence of these two technologies on their stand demonstrates the complementary nature of the 2 groups and their shared vision to accelerate the decarbonization of transport.

Solution F, a GCK subsidiary, has developed a 6.2L hydrogen internal combustion V8 engine, producing 450 kW (612 hp) at 6 500 rpm and a torque of 800 Nm at 4 500 rpm. Based on a proven conventional 4-stroke architecture, this engine features an innovative direct hydrogen injection system that allows using hydrogen as fuel.

Motul has developed a highly specialized dielectric heat transfer fluid in which the entire battery designed by GCK Battery, a GCK subsidiary, is immersed, helping to control heat build-up due to high-speed charging, while preventing the spread of thermal runaway. The aim is to offer batteries capable of ultra-fast recharging in under 10 minutes.
