Founded in 1924, GIRON is currently one of the largest companies in Europe manufacturing industrial grids and woven wire screens.
With two production unit (France & Romania), Its turnover, is approximately €15 million with 25% to the export.
We are expanding our activity mainly by processing material from the extractive industries (mines, quarries).
Our production facilities extend over 13000m² and we manufacture over 50000 metal and synthetic screens each year. We rely on long-standing relationships with almost
3000 operational sites.
We have a large stock and a varied range of products in high resistant and stainless steel, polyurethane, rubber and composite materials.
 
Main products that we intend to export:
-Woven wire screens, especially our range of screens (Flat Top surface) which allow our customers to get +30% service life.
-Self-screening screens (ONDAP GOMME) invented and patented by GIRON in 1951 to prevent clogging and pegging
-Polyurethane screens, especially for modular systems with a smooth and fast patented mounting adapter to the screening machines.
-POLYMIXTE screens, unique screening media in the world, patented in 1997 which combine an open area of steel mesh with a service life of Polyurethane.

SERCEM INDUSTRIE has specialized for more than 50 years in design, construction, repair and optimization of rotating tubes, kilns, dryers and mills. SERCEM INDUSTRIE provides services for mechanical maintenance and reliability of your machines in order to avoid unscheduled outages and a better optimization of your operating expenses (OPEX).

Our skills include the expertise, the studies, the supply of spare parts, the refurbishment of material, the erection works on-site and the adjustments of your machines with supervision and commissioning.

Our sectors of activity are mainly the cement, products of mining, mineral chemistry, Bauxite, Fertilizer, waste treatment located for the most part on the European and African continents.

We have expanded our production plant to over 10,000 m2 to keep up with the increasing demand for our products
Our machinery includes around ten robotic transfer units with the capacity to produce both small and large series. The factory also has CNC machines to produce custom parts and non-standard products.

These new production capacities enable us to respond more effectively to short production cycles, both urgent requests and specific orders with tight deadlines. 

We also have greater storage capacity, which means better management and a higher quality of service.
