The Brand
Lafuma Mobilier, a French creator and manufacturer since 1954, is known for its innovative outdoor furniture. Their first line of metal and cotton folding chairs became popular for their simplicity and practicality. In 1962, they introduced the Translude Relax chair, the precursor to their famous zero gravity Relax chair.
In 2021, they earned the LONGTIME® label for durable, repairable products, and in 2022, the “Made in France” label for meeting strict European standards.
By joining the Peugeot Frères Industrie group in 2024, Lafuma Mobilier aims to expand into new markets like hospitality, and flourish on the international stage, while upholding their values of quality, practicality, comfort, and design.
