Team Plastique manufactures plastic parts and technical sub-assemblies for cockpit and cabin interiors, most of them being used for business, economic and first class seats.
 
6 main activities: vacuum forming / vacuum laminating / pressure forming / thermo soft touch / CNC 5 axis / assembly.
 
Team Plastique also developed in house a unique know-how, which allows to apply decorative film on very complex shapes.
This finish is particularly appreciated in the business and first class markets, where aesthetic parts require accuracy, quality and customization.
 
The last investments in innovation, especially poly-articulated robots and cobots, allow Team Plastique to obtain more mass-production markets such as tray tables or backrests for the economic class area.
 
Pressure forming is another technology that Team Plastique masters, resulting as a thermoformed part similar to an injected part with a lower tooling investment.
 
The latest process developed is the thermo soft touch in order to bring a touch of comfort to our Customers’ parts.
 
Team Plastique outfits today the main OEM, notably through the international biggest seat manufacturers.
