Since 2019 Airmont has been successfully providing national TV access on business liners, optimizing video streaming service to make it compatible with onboard internet constraints, and complying with the highest level of availability expected in this context.

Aextis is a service provider offering human resources solutions in the aeronautical sector. Having only recently started up in May 2023, we have rapidly built up a solid client portfolio and rapidly reached one million euros in turnover in our first financial year. Team Plastique manufactures plastic parts and technical sub-assemblies for cockpit and cabin interiors, most of them being used for business, economic and first class seats.
 
6 main activities: vacuum forming / vacuum laminating / pressure forming / thermo soft touch / CNC 5 axis / assembly.
 
Team Plastique also developed in house a unique know-how, which allows to apply decorative film on very complex shapes.
This finish is particularly appreciated in the business and first class markets, where aesthetic parts require accuracy, quality and customization.
 
The last investments in innovation, especially poly-articulated robots and cobots, allow Team Plastique to obtain more mass-production markets such as tray tables or backrests for the economic class area.
 
Pressure forming is another technology that Team Plastique masters, resulting as a thermoformed part similar to an injected part with a lower tooling investment.
 
The latest process developed is the thermo soft touch in order to bring a touch of comfort to our Customers’ parts.
 
Team Plastique outfits today the main OEM, notably through the international biggest seat manufacturers.

OUR ECO-RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENTS:

Since its creation, Team Plastique sorts out all of its manufacturing offcuts by color and type of plastic, then ensures grinding, traceability and recycling. The company promotes thus the use of recycled materials and offers its customers quality, cost-effective and eco-designed solutions.

Created in 2017, Alterkraft is a Swiss French company, specialized in the design and development of in-flight and cargo aeronautical equipment based on honeycomb cardboard.

This material is extremely innovative because of its incomparable weight compared to the best current technologies made of carbon or composite materials.

The benefits are high, both in terms of fuel savings and carbon footprint for airlines.

Thanks to this patented usage innovation, on average a long-haul plane reduces in cabin weight approximately 650 kg, and more than a ton in the hold. This results in a fuel decrease with a yield of 3.5% (Breguet Leduc formula)
This also makes it possible to decarbonize aviation (1 kg of weight reduction generates a drop of 3.16 kg CO2 emissions).
Savings can be multiplied by 4 by applying this innovation to hold equipment (Unit Loading Device) but also the paneling of galleys and cabin furniture.

Strongly supported by Airbus, affiliated to Aerospace Valley, Alterkraft is currently achieving its EASA certification (APDOA ETSO 175 / AS 8056 + POA “Part F”).

The company should be able to market its first equipment in the last quarter of 2024.

At the meantime, Alterkraft recently joined the advisory board of the Bamco 2 consortium and is working with its partners on composite materials incorporating honeycomb cardboard.

Satys Cabin is specialized in the design and production of aircraft interiors, for airlines, corporate jets, and OEMs, addressing both linefit and retrofit markets.
 
The company offers full capability for design, certification and production of innovative integrated solutions,
combining field proven light weight design concepts with eco-friendly material choices, including   proprietary bio sourced materials, 
covering an extensive spectrum of technologies (composite and metallic structures, integration of electrical systems, IFE, water & waste, air systems,…) and products (linings, monuments, lavatories,…)
 through to the certification phase (fire, smoke, heat, and static, dynamic and decompression tests, Minor and Major Mods, STC,…).
