Navigation and control

Aircraft are equipped with electronic navigation, communication and collision avoidance aids. Our range of microwave shielding seals offers a reliable, high-performance and lightweight solution for the design of compact electronic equipment. Typical applications may include display systems, identification systems (IFF), control units or antennas. In addition to our conductive seals, we offer solutions for heat dissipation and technical sealing in harsh environments.

Interior cabin

The new generation of in-flight multimedia systems (IFE) used in commercial flights include many services such as touch screens, audio and video services, internet access and even telephone services. However, these systems require special treatment in the management of problems related to electromagnetic interference transmissions/receptions and in the management of heat dissipation.

Structure and motorization

Electromagnetic interference (EMI) seals on aircraft structures call for strict specifications, where reliability and safety are mandatory, especially when it comes to exposure to very harsh environments. The notion of corrosion resistance is a subject to which GETELEC responds with a range of anti-corrosion bi-material conductive seals.

This guide rail is made of steel. Light & with reduced noise, this product can be found for doors application, amenity storage or to tilt the backrest of your seat.
This sliding rail is a guide rail with three main features:

ER28 : New sliding rail

This guide rail extends the range of steel sliding rails. It is supplied as standard with a black-finish hardness treatment, which also provides anti-corrosion protection.

The ER28 sliding track has three main features:

– The B28R runners used in the ER28 track are fitted with case-hardened rollers.

100% thermoplastic sandwich – « Vacuum Bag Only » minimizes finishing work – greater lightweight design.

This panel is constructed from TP foam and two glass TP skins. The adhesion between the skin and core is ensured through vacuum bagging in the oven without the use of any adhesive film. The lay-up process is faster compared to thermoset prepreg, and the top surface quality eliminates the need for nearly all finishing operations before painting. With this concept, companies engaged in aircraft interiors manufacturing no longer need to invest in heavy and costly industrial equipment. Instead, they can gradually transition to thermoplastic solutions.

Carbon Polycarbonate Fire Resistant Hybrid Leg

Thanks to a hybrid process, the design of this part is optimized in terms of continuous fiber quantity. Beginning with thin organo-sheets, a 2D near-net shape preform is created through nesting, cutting, and welding organo-sheet patches. This preform is then stamped and over-injected to integrate functionalities at minimal cost. With this technology, waste is minimized, and mechanical properties are precisely tuned where necessary.

SINGLE MOVE FITTING

Designed to offer significant time savings on FAL enable cabin reconfiguration, P/N 50T3R1003-ZN is the answer to face weight, cost and installation issues for passenger seats. Offering an ergonomic handling with a single move torquing (less than 270°), this part remains light (165 grs) and has safety indicators.

QUICK CHANGE FITTING

Designed to enhance flexibility on Final Assembly Line whether for installation or cabin reconfiguration, Quick Change Fittings enable significant time savings for passenger seats on a wide range of aircrafts tracks. Easy-install system with 1/4 turn hexagonal recess and secured locking with red/green indicator.
