Olivier Oullier, PhD, is a neuroscientist and neurotech x AI entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and CEO of Inclusive Brains, building the first gen AI Neural Foundation ModelTM that will turn smart devices/vehicles/buildings and digital environments into adaptive and predictive human machine interfaces. The company’s proprietary AI models are trained with multimodal behavioral and neurophysiological data to detect cognitive and affective states in real time and offer mental commands.
 
He is also the Chairman of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence by Biotech Dental and a Full Professor of Behavioral and Brain Sciences at Aix-Marseille University. His previous roles include Global Head of Health & Healthcare Industries and Member of the Executive Committee at the World Economic Forum; President at EMOTIV (the global leader of portable neurotechnologies), and Scientific Adviser to the French Prime Minister and head of the ‘Neuroscience and Public Policy Program’.
 
He studied at the University of Provence, the University of Cincinnati and the Harvard Kennedy School for Government. He was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and received awards at the United Nations, the University of Qatar, China’s GVRC and the Foundation de l’Ecole Polytechnique.
 
He hosts The Centaurs of AI podcast and is a columnist in Les Echos (France) and The National (UAE).
