Dr. Mohamed Ben Laden, President, Saudi French Business Council
Mohamed BEN LADEN has been president of the Saudi French Business Council (CAFS) since 2012.
He is president of the MOHAMED BIN LADEN LAW FIRM (MBLLF), a law firm he founded in Riyadh in 1999, specializing in business law, and has developed recognized expertise in the structuring of international agreements.
In addition to being a Board member of the General Authority of Foreign Trade, he is also an arbitrator of the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Gulf States in Bahrain, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London, of the Court of London International Arbitration, and of other international legal institutions.
Mohamed BIN LADEN is the author of numerous articles on the legal environment of foreign investments in Saudi Arabia, as well as on the bilateral relations between France and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Finally, Mohamed BIN LADEN is an Officer of the National Order of the Legion of Honour, an Officer of the National Order of Merit, and an Officer of the Order of Academic Palms.
