Clément PACUAD, CEO, Visiomed
Clement is the Chief Executive Officer of Visiomed, a group dedicated to innovative healthcare technologies and services, and listed on Euronext Growth in Paris.
Visiomed now has focused its activities on the Middle East since 2021 and the acquisition of Smart Salem and its digital medical centers in the United Arab Emirates. The group is also accelerating its development in the Gulf region with the creation of Smart Health, a joint venture that will lead the deployment of the Group’s innovative medical centers in Saudi Arabia.
Clément brings over 12 years of experience, with 10 years spent in the Gulf countries, overseeing businesses, driving financial and operational strategies, managing acquisitions, structuring complex international joint ventures, and guiding high-growth technological startups and industrial enterprises. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lahab, a company within the EDGE group (a UAE-based conglomerate specializing in defense, aerospace, and new technologies), where he led the restructuring of this strategic asset in Abu Dhabi. Since 2022, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of the private equity firm Perpetua Investment Group in Dubai.
