Univitis is a cooperative located at the crossroads of the Bordeaux and Bergerac vineyards. This union dates back to 1935, when a crisis arose in the wine industry and the winegrowers decided to form a cooperative to join their forces. Today, the aim remains the same: to produce quality wines while respecting the terroir. Tradition and expertise are very important to Univitis; they work to preserve these ancestral practices handed down through generations. However, it is also important to modernize, which is why they have invested in high-performance, high-tech winemaking and packaging tools. With the greatest respect for hygiene, traceability and food safety standards, they are passionate about the quality and authenticity of their wines.
