Mas Gabinèle has 23 hectares of vines in the Faugères appellation with an annual production of 100’000 bottles targeting the premium market. Schist soils naturally produce low yield. Grapes are harvested by handed, sorted and transported whole to the modern winery, where the equipment has been carefully selected to preserve a maximum of the harvest’s quality Vinification is carried out gently to avoid excessive extraction. Their wines have an impressive track record of awards, bearing witness to their constant high quality. The latest awards include 2 Platinum Medals (97 points) for the 2019 and 2020 Inaccessible Red at the Decanter World Wine Awards.
