Since the 11th century, Mas du Novi, a former dependency of the Abbey of Valmagne, has been producing wine on one of the most beautiful wine estates of the Languedoc, on the last hillside of the Cévennes range before the Mediterranean at an altitude of 150 metres. Today the estate comprises 46 hectares of organic vineyards and is set in 60 hectares of woods and scrubland of the Languedoc Grès de Montpellier and the IGP Pays D’Oc wine regions.
