Founded more than sixty years ago by Lucien Seroin and his son Paul, the Sant’Armettu domain blossoms in the south of Corsica, between sea and mountains. This ground and its enchanting beauty owe  their name to a hermit passionate about by plants who had the gift of healing. The story of Saint Hermit deeply inspired Gilles Seroin, a 5th generation winegrower in his family, who now passes on his knowledge to his children, Guillaume and Jeanne.  Following tradition, since the creation of its wine cellar in 1996, Sant’Armettu offers a rich sample group of wines. In Sant’Armettu, the vineyard opens up on sculptural slopes overlooking the Propriano Gulf and the Tizzano Bay.  In fact, the famous writer Prosper Mérimée, seduced by this legendary Mediterranean place, used it as the setting for Colomba, his most famous character.
