In 1999, the Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec began its transition to organic farming. Today, it is a pioneer in the region. Since January 2021 they have gone one step further, converting their land to biodynamic farming. For Lionel Boutié, working in organic and biodynamic agriculture is first and foremost a way of being. It is the respect of the earth, animals and people. It is being aware of humanity’s role in the whole ecosystem, and to aim for balance and harmony.
