Domaine de la Rectorie is located in Banyuls-sur-Mer, where the Pyrenees mountains meet the Mediterranean Sea. It is a family-owned estate run by Thierry Parcé and his son Jean-Emmanuel and has produced sustainably for nearly 40 years. On their plots with diverse distances to the sea, varying altitudes, and different sunlight orientations, La Rectorie produces a wide range of dry and fortified sweet wines. Since 2017, they have also been organically producing organically in Aniane, Languedoc, with their La Chapelle Saint-Mathieu.
