The vineyard in Fontenille dates from the beginning of the 17th century. Promoting sustainable agriculture and certified organic, their 39ha vineyard benefits from the latest vinification techniques in a new cellar with traditional architecture. With rounded concrete vats placed in a semicircle and rows of stainless-steel vats plunging into the cellar of wooden barrels, the different types of vinification are implemented via the specific treatment of the interior spaces.
