The Fompérier vineyards, a family property, produces Château Guillemin la Gaffelière in AOC St Emilion Grand Cru, and Clos Castelot in AOC St Emilion. The vineyard extends over 17 hectares, spread over around thirty plots, on sandy and clay-limestone soils. The grape variety, composed of 62% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Malbec, brings an interesting aromatic complexity.
