The Simon-Devaux domain was created in 1927 and take over by harvester Alain Simon, a graduate of the Beaune viticultural school. Today, the domain is composed of 10 hectares of vines aged from 10 to 90 years old and located in the Côte des Bars, the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The domain is committed to respecting the environment and produces wines as naturally as possible. They have been certified VDC and HVE since 2018.
