Champagne Paul GOERG Premier Cru Vertus is the story of the union of eight winegrowing families in 1950, still present in the management of the House. The 120 hectares are planted in Premier Cru on Vertus’s terroir, in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, with 85% of Chardonnay and 15% of Pinot Noir. This appellation gives exceptional quality and brilliance to the Champagne, along with an extensive aging process (4 years for a non-vintage and 8 years for a vintage). The low dosage ensures high quality Champagnes : “Les Diamants de Vertus”.
