For 5 generations, Champagne Michel Fagot has tended a vineyard of 15 hectares, spread over 4 exceptional crus: Montagne de Reims and Massif Saint-Thierry. They use the 3 main Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, as well as an old forgotten Champagne variety: Pinot Blanc. This diversity allows them to create unique signature blends, aged in the cellar on lees for at least 5 years. Other blends are carefully selected to elaborate exceptional vintages, aged in the cellar on lees for at least 10 years.
