Created in 1895, the Cave de Ribeauvillé is the oldest wine-cooperative in France. It covers a prestigious vineyard of 225 ha with 8 Grands Crus. Their Quality Charter ensures full traceability,and guarantees integrated farm management or organic farming, and strictly limits overall yield. All grapes are 100 % harvested by hand. Cave de Ribeauvillé is the first winery in Alsace to be certified HEV level 3 (High Environmental Value).
