Since 1946, the Cooperative Sieur d’Arques established in Limoux (in the heart of Languedoc Roussillon) has become now the leading producer of Blanquette de Limoux and Cremant de Limoux (vinified in Méthode Traditionnelle) and probably the reference for the best Chardonnay’s of the South of France.
