    OptiForm\u00ae B2X is a plug assist material for thermoforming molds. It is the new generation of B1X made in France. The formulation has been improved for easier polishing. OptiForm B2X combines the toughness of engineering thermoplastics with the low thermal conductivity of a syntactic foam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    OptiForm\u00ae FXT is a plug assist material for thermoforming molds. It has been designed for thermoforming multilayer film. It is a very famous material used in FFS thermoforming machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Plug assists made of OptiForm FXT are very smooth. OptiForm FXT eliminates machining dust and increase the toughness in comparison with standard syntactic material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
