These recycled raw materials come in particular from the end-of-life tyre and shoe industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We produce these materials in the form of granules, suitable for use in injection, extrusion or moulding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The products offered are characterised by :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>very high recycled content (&gt;70%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100% recyclability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A low price, in line with the cheapest elastomers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The materials are manufactured in our own plant in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hardness of the materials ranges from 50 ShA to 90 ShA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plastics manufacturers can use their existing machines to process our materials. In addition to the standard range, Elastever can develop custom formulations to your requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" recycled:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ELASTEVER formulations allow a very high proportion (&gt;70%) of recycled material to be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, the carbon footprint of raw materials is very low.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our raw materials mainly come from post-consumer recycled (PCR), but also from industrial waste (tires, shoes\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our materials are recommended for
