Founded in 1989, Plastiques ZD specializes in plastic injection molding. Located in the heart of the Plastics Valley region, in Saint-Martin-du-Fresne, Plastiques ZD is a French leader in the plastics industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 36 years of experience, we have developed unique expertise in plastic molding, injection mold design, and the manufacturing of technical thermoplastic parts. We use materials such as polypropylene, polyamide, ABS, HDPE, and polycarbonate to create injection-molded parts tailored to our customers’ specific needs, whether for medium or large production runs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our machinery, including 18 electric injection molding machines, is regularly upgraded to ensure optimal processes. We also master advanced techniques such as overmolding, dual-material molding, and assembly of entire components and subassemblies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
