    OUR ECO-RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENTS<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    The ISO 50001 certification obtained by ERMO since 2021 rewards the performance of our energy management system. Our company, which has placed energy management at the heart of its industrial policy, is also going further by taking a close interest in the carbon offsetting policy. To this end, we have been carrying out a voluntary carbon assessment for the past two years and we now offset 100% of our Scope 1 and 2 emissions.
    In addition to these actions, numerous initiatives to contribute to energy sobriety are underway, such as the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of our new building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    NEW INNOVATION<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Traditionally, the production of a bi- or tri-material cap requires several stages, making the process costly and complex. With E-IMA, ERMO is simplifying this process by integrating an assembly technique directly into the mould. This innovation makes it possible to combine all the stages in a single mould, thereby improving productivity and quality management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By creating a technology that enables several parts to be assembled directly in the mould, ERMO is effectively \u2018replacing\u2019 3 tools in a single mould. On the one hand, this innovation saves an assembly stage and its associated costs (conveying, storage, etc.), and on the other, electrification will save electricity consumption and boost productivity thanks to a more secure, variation-free process. With E-IMA, the gain in cycle time is estimated at +13%. Different polymer materials can also be processed at the same time on the same mould.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    E-IMA is an innovation that marks ERMO’s commitment to a greener, more sustainable industry, and is also a response to the challenges faced by its customers.
