NORDICBusiness forum

Take part in this Nordic business forum, which aims to provide French companies with an in-depth understanding of the Nordic markets and their specific features. This event will highlight the opportunities and challenges linked to the transition of the region’s economies: in Norway, Finland, Sweden, Iceland and Denmark!

The Nordic countries, often referred to as “Europe’s future green industrial lungs”, have implemented ambitious strategies to reduce their dependence on fossil fuels, thus playing a central role in Europe’s green transition. The current geopolitical context has prompted them to adopt strategic positions to strengthen European sovereignty and competitiveness, focusing on crucial sectors such as defense, artificial intelligence and healthcare. Their high GDP per capita makes Nordic consumers very demanding when it comes to sustainability and digitalization, stimulating technological innovation and strengthening their position as leaders in the green transition. In short, thanks to their forward-looking policies and commitment to sustainability, the Nordic countries play a crucial role in Europe’s green transition and industrial sovereignty.

Through 4 round-table discussions led by Nordic experts and prime contractors, participants will have the opportunity to explore strategies for entering these dynamic markets, understand potential business and cooperation opportunities, and exchange best practices for success in this rapidly transforming region. This workshop will be a unique opportunity to discover how the Nordic countries, as leaders in the green transition, are helping to strengthen Europe’s resilience and autonomy in the face of global challenges
