Haussmann-style moldings and oenological precision come together at the headquarters of Maison Lehmann, a French brand of tasting glasses, located in Reims, Champagne. Here, Lehmann imagines and designs glasses with a singular identity, whose curves uncompromisingly convey the expression of the world’s wines and sublimate tasting moments. 

Born of the desire to respect the meticulous work of winemaking, the Maison combines its expertise with professionals from the world of gastronomy, wines and spirits. This alliance has given rise to four eponymous Collections Signatures: the Philippe Jamesse collection, former Sommelier of Les Crayères; the Arnaud Lallement collection, Chef of the Assiette Champenoise restaurant; the Fabrice Sommier collection, Chef Sommelier and former Director of the Georges Blanc group; and the collection in tribute to Gérard Basset, World’s Best Sommelier and Master of Wine. Depending on the olfactory signature of each personality, some collections will be more dedicated to effervescence by playing on verticality, while others will ideally reveal the most complex wines through the horizontal stretching of their shape.

All the Maison’s creations are made from lead-free crystal, a guarantee of brilliance, transparency and exceptional sonority. In 2021, after two years of research, Lehmann is rethinking the anatomy of its glasses with the launch of Ultralight, a technique that combines exceptional finesse with optimum lightness. This innovative process is applied to Lehmann’s mouth-blown and machine-blown glass, resulting in glasses that are 30% to 40% lighter. With the finesse of Ultralight, glass fades into the background to enhance aromatic expression.

Constantly expanding its expertise to satisfy wine enthusiasts from all over the world, the company also offers collections dedicated to the world of spirits and bierology. Inspired by current trends, the team will launch in 2024 its own collection dedicated to mixology, in collaboration with renowned mixologist Florian Thireau.
