Located in the Southwest of France, Fruit Gourmet has been an expert in soft dried fruits since 1992. Thanks to a unique method of rehydration, Fruit Gourmet offers a wide range of organic and conventional soft dried fruits, in various packaging. The fruits have an intense flavor, a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and no added sugars. As such, they are more appealing than candied fruits and have a long shelf life. During the process the water is slowly absorbed by the fruit order to reach the desired percentage of moisture. Only room temperature water is used.
