The Company

Creating the first ever quick-frozen par-baked baguette in the 1980’s, Delifrance has never stopped developing bakery, patisserie, viennoiserie and savory products for food service providers, retailers and bakers. As part of the French grain cooperative Vivescia (second largest in Europe), they work together with farmers and millers (Grands Moulins de Paris) to deliver the best products, in about 100 countries around the world.
