and distinctive mechanism of action.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:#000091\" class=\"has-inline-color has-dark-blue-color\">NFL-101 has recently completed a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, three-arm Phase 2b trial (two doses and placebo; n=318 patients) with a 12-month follow-up. The treatment involves two subcutaneous injections administered one week apart, optimizing both compliance and efficacy. NFL Biosciences has been able to show superiority of NFL-101 vs placebo, with an efficacy similar to Champix, the gold standard in smoking cessation therapy. Unlike Champix, NFL-101 shows no serious side effects and has a convenient dosing schedule.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:#000091\" class=\"has-inline-color has-dark-blue-color\">NFL-102 is now entering a Phase 2b study.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:#000091\" class=\"has-inline-color has-dark-blue-color\">To continue the development of NFL-101 beyond the Phase 2b CESTO-II clinical trial, and also NFL-102, the company would be keen to enter into discussions
