ARNAUD FLORIS, Africa Director – BPIFRANCE
Arnaud FLORIS, based in Abidjan, is the Africa Head at Bpifrance, the French Public Investment Bank. An expert in African markets and an entrepreneur, he also worked at the African Development Bank, where he structured and coordinated multi-stakeholder projects aimed at developing the financial sector on a pan-African scale. Through Bpifrance, with teams in three regional offices, he leads operations to facilitate and finance exchanges between African and French start-ups, SMEs, and mid-caps, with a strong focus on industrialization projects. Arnaud is also the founder of the AFRI Convergences Institute, a think tank dedicated to fostering economic relations between Africa and Europe
