At the Ministry of Community Development, Financial Inclusion, Youth, and Youth Employment, 34-year-old Abdul-Fahd Fofana serves as a Minister Delegate. He held positions at international organizations and consulting group before becoming a minister, most notably as an economist at the OECD Development Centre in Paris and a Senior Associate at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. Abdul-Fahd Fofana is an international economist with a doctorate. Additionally, he has served as a senior consultant and expert for Togo’s government agencies, including the Ministry of Investment Promotion and the Ministry of Economic Planning. Enthusiastic about training and research, he started his work as a researcher at the Consortium for Economic Research in Africa (AERC) and as lecturer in Togo’s universities
